Walk the Camino Portuguese with us!

The Camino Portuguese is one of my favorite hiking routes in Portugal and Spain. Our journey begins in Porto, one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, and ends in Santiago de Compostela in Spain.

We will follow the Camino Central route and include the beautiful route of water and stone, know as the “Spiritual Variant” of the Camino. We will walk an average of 20 kilometers daily for twelve days, with an extra day of rest.

Some of the beautiful towns that we will be visiting inlcudes:

Barcelos: Famous for its iconic rooster statue and a vibrant market.

Ponte de Lima: One of Portugal’s oldest towns, known for its medieval bridge and historic center.

Valença: A border town with a charming fortified area and stunning views of Spain.

Tui: A historic city with a beautiful cathedral and a vibrant atmosphere.

Pontevedra: A charming city with well-preserved historic buildings and a pedestrian-friendly center.

Santiago de Compostela: The final destination of the Camino Portugués, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its magnificent cathedral and rich religious history.

Springtime on the Portuguese Camino is a feast for the eyes, with vibrant flowers blooming along the way! If you want to join our trip in May or need more information please email [email protected].
