We entered Eswatini with great excitement, as this was to be the first country we were to visit. Eswatini is a tremendously beautiful country with very friendly people.
Our first passports stamps for the year
We had a warm welcome at a guesthouse owned by the parents of a Global community member and even received cake! God knows how to make us feel special, because it happened to be Helé’s birthday.
We were still enjoying a time of rest when it was announced that we would be having our first Luke 10 challenge. In Luke 10 Jesus sends the disciples out in pairs with nothing but...
How blessed are we to minister at our first ministry point? It is an absolute privilege to go out into the nations as ambassadors for Jesus and to see how He moves. Going out into the unknown was both exciting and nerve wracking, but we learned if you have no expectations you won’t have any disappointments! We arrived in Jeffrey’s Bay on the 7th of January. Little did we know that this was the start of a new chapter in our lives. We were welcomed into the...

When you are in this situation, you find yourself asking the Lord… What does it really mean to be unashamed of the gospel? What does it look like to be a disciple of Jesus? What does it look like to take up your cross daily, or to deny yourself and follow Jesus?
Jesus said in Luke 9:23, ‘Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.’ What does this mean?
